Across the street from the Assembly stands the newly refurbished Speaker's Quarters, the official residence of the Speaker of the Assembly.
The Speaker of the Assembly is Christopher His Excellency the Speaker of the Assembly Citizen Christopher 'the Diner' Octavius, Penguin Emperor, Mother of the Republic, Summoner of the Sheep, Defender of Democracy and Protector of the People, Head of the Antican State.

Adjacent to the Assembly Hall is the sprawling complex which houses the Archon's Office, which is responsible for handling the internal affairs of the Antican Republic. Also located here is Cabinet Hall, where government officials meet to discuss and coordinate policy.
